***PLEASE INITIAL BELOW*** Buyer Bears Full Responsibility and Liability for Trailer Hook Up to Tow Vehicle and For Trailer Use. Be sure the trailer is securely attached to tow vehicle. The hitch should be securely fastened, and safety chains attached. Plug in electrical plug from trailer to tow vehicle and check to make sure all lights on both trailer and tow vehicle are working properly. Utilize brake controller in tow vehicle for trailer brakes and attach breakaway cord to tow vehicle if applicable. Buyer hereby agrees to waive, release, and discharge forever, both Trailer Dealer and Giddy Up USA Mfg., LLC their respective officers, employees and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever for any harm, loss, damage, personal injuries, or death, due to negligence or any other cause resulting from, arising out of, or in connection with trailer hook up, Installation, and use of said cargo trailer or towing equipment. I represent and acknowledge that I have fully read this acknowledgement of risk, waiver of liability, and release of liability and fully understand each and every provision and that I am voluntarily executing this agreement. I have inspected Giddy Up USA Mfg., LLC VIN# and found no shortages, defects, or discrepancies per the invoice which was ordered and confirmed by dealer ordering trailer. I hereby accept this model as presented and understand that all sales are final. A copy of the limited factory warranty has been provided for said Giddy Up USA Mfg., LLC and I understand that the tires are warranted by tire manufacturer, axles are warranted by axle manufacturer, and any other component parts are warranted by said manufacturer and Giddy Up USA Mfg., LLC bears no responsibility for those component parts.
